What are deal detail attributes and where can I find them?
Every lead comes complete with status, value, closing and source attributes assigned to it. These attributes are located directly under the lead detail header and can be adjusted at any time by clicking on corresponding sections.
Clicking on the "edit lead info" button will expand the lead detail view and display the editable fields for that lead. From here a user can change any of the associated lead values and save or cancel changes.

How does setting the maturity status affect my deal?
Clicking the Lead Status and Maturity box will display a drop down with selections of stages of the sales process previously configured. If the default stages aren't fine tuned enough for your sales process, Lead Status and Maturity percentages can be customized by setting up the status names and percentages inside the sales process setup.
Where do I find out how much my deal is worth?
Clicking "This lead is worth" allows a user to enter the value of the lead. Enter the dollar amount and click the green check to approve or the red cancel button to abandon changes.
How do I change the closing date of a deal?
Expected closing date is equipped with a calendar for ease of date picking. Simply click the box for closing date, select a date from the calendar and the newly selected date will automatically be displayed.
How does the source attribute help me make better use of my time?
Lead source can be adjusted at any time by clicking the section marked "Lead Source". This will display a drop down with previously configured lead sources or the system default lead source, "Manual Entry". To configure custom lead sources visit the settings page, click "Lead Sources" and follow instructions on screen. The Manual Entry lead source is permanent and cannot be deleted. Once lead sources have been saved to an account they can be accessed from the lead source drop down for any lead. Click the box marked "Lead Source", select the appropriate source entry and save the selection to commit changes.
How do I edit a deal?
To make changes to a deal's details click the "edit lead info" link, located to the right of the deal detail header inside the deal detail view. The fields inside the detail view will become editable once revisions have been enabled and options for saving and abandoning changes will be displayed to the user.
Clicking on the "edit deal info" button will expand the deal detail view and display the editable fields for that deal. From here a user can change any of the associated deal values and save or cancel changes.
How many times can a deal be revised?
Unlike a printed deal sheet, a dashboard managed deal can be edited infinitely and as often as a deal owner chooses.
Can I edit multiple deals at once?

How can I see a listing of all my deals?
Selecting the deals tab in the main navigational panel will display the deals listing screen. A user can filter listing results by Lead Type, Source, Owner and by Tags. Each deal listing item contains the full name of the deal, latest actions applied to the deal, attachment information, lead type, source, lead owner, conversion date and delete icon. Clicking on any deal in the listing will display its detail screen.

Printing a Single Deal
dashboard employees love trees and aim to save as many as possible. Occasionally, however, a deal must be printed on paper and we want that print to look and function as well as our application does. To print any deal, click the properties tab and select the "Print Deal" item.
The deal information will appear on screen in its printer-friendly version and your computer's print dialog box will pop up, awaiting selections. Select appropriate printing preferences and click "Print".
